1) Create a membership. Go to "Shop" and then click on "Becoming a Member." MEMBERSHIP IS NOW FREE!

2) Browse our selection of local food and products. Choose what you want and add it to your shopping basket. Place your order online between Friday at 8pm and Sunday at 11 pm.

3) Local farmers pick, pack and deliver your order to the RealFood team!

4) Pick up your order at The Daily Grind between 4:15 pm and 6 pm on Wednesday.

5) Enjoy your farm fresh food!

Join us for Lunch and Learn!

Pack a lunch and meet us in Tyler 219 Friday at noon. We'll go inside to watch a short film and then talk about it. This will finish in no more than 1 hour.
